How do I search for products?

Put a keyword into the search box and all products relevant to your search will be displayed.
You can search with brand, model, function, product name or just a key word.
Once you have found your product select "add to cart". Continue searching and adding more products, until you are ready to checkout.

How do I place an order on your website?

To place an order, follow these steps:

  • Click on the product you want to order
  • On the description page, click ‘add to cart’
  • On the shopping cart page, click ‘proceed to checkout’
  • As a new customer, click ‘continue’ under new customer
  • On the next page, fill in your details under customer information,
  • Choose from the payment options available,
  • Confirm your order by clicking on the ‘checkout’ button

How do I register?

There are few ways

  1. From the web app
  2. Open our website (link)
  3. At the top of the website you’ll see get started
  4. Click on it
  5. Put in your email address
  6. Put in the code sent to that email address
  7. Fill in your details and information
  8. Account is ready,now you shop as much as you can with no limit.

Do you sell UK used or fairly used products?

All the products on our website are brand new. We assure you authenticity and originality.

How can I sell my products on your website?

When signing up for our app you are asked to pick between if you a seller or buyer, all you have to do is pick up as a seller and fill in the information and details asked of you.

• Shipping & Delivery

Can I order from another university?

Sadly you can’t
But you can order from your own university all you have to do is pick it while registering.

If OnCampus isn’t available in your university yet please submit your email address to our newsletter so you can get info about when we will.

When will I get my product after I place an order (delivery period)?

Our standard delivery period is 1-3 working days. However, you will receive notice on the morning of delivery.

Where is your shop?

OnCampus is an online store and so we don’t have shops. For your convenience, simply place an order on our website/app and the product will come to you easy no stress.

How do you charge for shipping?

A charge is applied based on item quantity and shipping address.

Can I come and pick up my order from your office?

Sadly we don’t offer this at the moment but we will very soon.

Sorry if it causes any kind of inconvenience.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email/call to confirm that your package is on its way to your door.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we will leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the courier. We will do as much as we possibly can to make sure you get your order.

Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?

Yes, your parcel can be delivered to an office address. You must enter the address along with your full name upon checkout.

My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

Please allow at least 10 business days for your order to arrive.If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service.

Will all of the items in my order arrive in a single package?

If your order consists of items from more than one seller, your items will arrive separately.

If your order consists of items from a single seller, your items may arrive together or separately.

If your orders arrive separately, be rest assured that the remaining item(s) will be delivered shortly.

Why do I see different prices for the same product?

OnCampus is your trusted online marketplace that supports Student entrepreneurs and we have many different sellers competing for business.

Therefore, you may see the same product offered by different sellers at different prices. We believe that by supporting these 'third-party' sellers, we can offer you a wider product selection, more choice, increased convenience, and better pricing.

What is buyer protection?

We offer all our customers ultimate peace of mind. We have you covered 100% on every eligible purchase.

When do I get my food after ordering?

Our picker-dropper delivery personnel’s will deliver you meal after 10-30mins after order.
Any other delay that might arise will come from the food seller which we have no control over.

How do I make payment?

Sadly at the moment we only offer debit card payment,but as time goes on we promise to provide various other options.

Are your prices negotiable?

OnCampus works very hard on making sure our prices are as competitive as possible. Therefore, our prices are non-negotiable.
